Simply pierce a hole into the shell for hot air to escape (an extra hole allows you to easily peel nuts later)and place them into the chestnut roaster. Next hold the pan over a flame for about 15 minutes. Once the nut shells turn black the meat will be yellow, soft and smell sweet. Then just peel and enjoy!
